Author Stephen Brayton, Nov. 20 at 4 pm, presents new book 'A Cold New Year'

Author Stephen Brayton celebrates the release of his newest book "A Cold New Year" at Plain Talk on Nov. 20 at 4 pm. Brayton will share the story of the publication of the book, which is set in Des Moines, and more. This all-ages event is free and open to the public.
